In order to login to your support portal for the first time, you will need a portal user & password.
There are two options to create a portal user:
1. Sign-up to the Service Desk system
2. Send email to the helpdesk email address (usually [email protected])
3. Pre-configuration of user by support agent
Option #1: Sign-up to the Service Desk system
1. Navigate to your Service Desk System using the link that was provided to you. In the top-right corver click "Sign Up"
2. Fill in your First Name, Last Name and Email. Important! if you have multiple mailboxes/aliases, please provide the one that appears in the "From" field when you send regular emails.
3. Confirming you're not a robot
4. Click Register
After clicking "Register", a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you have provided. Follow the instructions in this email as described in chapter #3 below.
If you receive the following message, than your user already exists! Please proceed according to the instructions at Option #2 below.
Option #2: Send email to your helpdesk email address
By sending email to your support address (usually [email protected]), a ticket will be opened automatically and your user will be automatically created (if not already exists) using your email address.
In order to track the ticket status you will have to create a new passord by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to your support portal
2. Click Sign-In
3. In the following screen, select "Forgot your password?"
4. Type your email address (the same address from which you've sent the email to the support mailbox)
5. You will receive a verification email. Once you receive it, follow the steps as descibed in chapter #2 below
Option #3: Pre-configuration of user by support agent
With pre-configuration, your user will be pre-configured and you will receive a confirmation email in the following format:
By clicking the activation link, you will be redirected to the following form and you will have to choose a password to the portal:
Click "Activate & Login" and you will be redirected to the portal.
